The world of IGO reports and data is continuing to move onto the Internet.  The latest addition is a sleek new interface from the World Bank with the complete World Development Report online.

On Monday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments on the appeal from the District Court opinion declaring unconstitutional the anti-same-sex marriage law adopted by California voters in 2008.
